These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and ZWEIH LLC ("ZWEIH", "we", "us"), a New Mexico limited liability company, for your use of zweih.com and our apps, including MYRPW — My Role Play World ("Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login details secure. Tell us right away if you think your account has been used without permission.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the characters, stories and other content you create. You give ZWEIH a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute that content as needed to operate the Services.
4. Community rules
Do not post illegal content, harass or threaten others, impersonate people, share others' private information, or try to disrupt or hack the Services. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Purchases
Some features may be offered as in-app purchases or subscriptions. Purchases made through Google Play or the App Store are processed by those stores and are subject to their terms, including their refund policies.
6. Our intellectual property
The Services, including the ZWEIH and MYRPW names, logos, artwork and software, belong to ZWEIH LLC and are protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ZWEIH LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
9. Termination
You can stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms or if required by law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will change the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
